With his business savvy, friendly demeanor, and commitment to excellence and sustainability, CEO Parm has grown this small family farm into one of the largest blueberry growing and fruit packing operations in BC. And he did it all with passion, integrity, and Satwinder by his side.

Satwinder is a people person who brings her social community and development skills to the business. She is Vice President of Human Resources and, along with the rest of the family, helps to set – and achieve – the long term vision of Westberry Farms. She does this all with compassion and caring for our staff, vendors, and customers.
